If you still have problems, follow these steps to make sure you are fully upgraded.
1. If you click on a link and a different player appears: Say you downloaded the codec for windows media player, but iTunes appears, this is because iTunes is set as your default player. You will need to set windows media player as your default player. Follow the instructions below depending on your media player:
Windows Media Player - Open up windows media player, next choose the Tools menu, then within this menu choose Options. There will be a tab called File Types, click it. You will see a list of file types that can be associated with windows media. Click the Select All Button. Note, this will make windows media play all file types, if you do not want this, unselect the file types you do not want windows media to play, then click the ok button. You should now be able to listen to the game.
Winamp - Open winamp, and choose the Options menu. Next, choose Preferences. Look on the left for an option called File Types. Click the All button. Note, this will set winamp as the default player for all media on your computer. If you do not want winamp to run everything, unselect the file type you do not want winamp to play. When done, click the close button. You should now be able to listen to the game.
If this still does not work, you may need to disable the media player that keeps popping up. AOL media player may still pop up, which does not work with our format. You may need to uninstall the AOL media player, or disable it. Same goes for iTunes and MusicMatch.
2. Reload the page with the game you want to listen to. Sometimes we have to change links, which means you need to reload the page for it to work. If you reload the page and it does not work, then you know it is not the link that is the problem.
3. If all else fails, then follow these instructions. First, download winamp using the link above if you have not yet done so. Next, open winamp. Now, go to the webpage with the link to the game you want. Right click on this link, and choose Copy Shortcut (if using firefox, it would be Copy Link Location). Now, in winamp, choose the file menu, then click Play URL. Now, a box will appear, right click in the white space and choose paste. The link to the game you wish to listen to will appear in the box. Now press the Open button. It should now load, and you should hear your game.
If you tried all these steps, and it still did not work, E-MAIL us and we will assist you. Thanks.
